Antonia started her career in the hospitality industry immediately after completing her Bachelor's degree at Modul University Vienna. Through her operational role as an assistant director with a focus on sales, she was able to acquire a lot of know-how in these areas. She further specialized in the reorganization of work processes and their efficiency enhancement, thus driving forward a high-quality standardization.
