Dr. Christoph Nussbaumer, CMC, is the founder, owner, and managing director of Dr. Christoph Nussbaumer Strategy Consultants GmbH. He has over 35 years of experience in strategic consulting, operational management, and corporate leadership for internationally operating high-tech companies.

In 2000, he founded his consulting firm, initially advising industrial companies. However, he soon discovered his passion for the hospitality industry and has now specialized in hotel consulting for 20 years. He is a lecturer on strategic hotel management, author of the book Power Pricing in Hospitality, keynote speaker, and multiple recipient of the Constantinus Award.

His focus is on strategic consulting for hotel operations, particularly in corporate, pricing, branding, and marketing strategies, strategic market research, as well as operational and strategic controlling. Christoph Nussbaumer lives with his family in Vorarlberg, Austria, and is an avid skier.
