With over 20 years of leadership experience in hotel management, Isabella Hren is a true industry enthusiast with a passion for hospitality and food service. As COO and co-developer in the establishment of what was once Austria's largest hotel management company, she has spent the last few years building a comprehensive service organization in Bavaria for the hospitality industry. Under Isabella Hren's leadership, BTG has been involved since 2020 in the 'Reisen für Alle' (Travel for All) certification in Bavaria, and since 2024 has served as a nationwide coordination and certification body.
