Julia von Klitzing is the authorized representative of the hotel competence center. She discovered her great passion for the hotel industry early on and, after graduating from high school, decided to do a dual bachelor's degree in business with a focus on hotel and catering management as well as a master's degree in business psychology and human resources management. After completing her studies, Julia moved to Munich and started her career in the hotel competence center. There she focused primarily on the topics of marketing and target groups in hospitality and began to deal with generational issues. In order to find out more about Generation Y-Z in particular, Julia von Klitzing initiated an ideas competition: she works with schools and universities across Germany to get answers to specific questions, e.g. what the business hotel room should look like for the future generation.
