Katja Hitz is co-founder of five digital GmbH and a passionate entrepreneur. She loves thinking from the customer perspective and creating special digital experiences. After around 8 years of intensive collaboration with medium-sized companies, she and her team have been supporting owner-managed hotels with the Arrival Assistant to reduce queries and increase sales since 2023.
