He brings a wealth of experience in hotel management and consulting, based on over 25 years of industry knowledge. With a background in both independent and branded hospitality, he has progressed from operational roles to strategic management of hotel chains. In addition to his qualifications in hotel management, he is a certified trainer, business economist, and sustainability manager. He firmly believes that technology is the key to simplifying and enhancing the travel experience, enabling hosts to focus again on being hosts. He is committed to creating new opportunities for guests and teams, always prioritising the human element.
