Wilhelm K. Weber, known as Wilko, is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur whose career began at just 14, when he ventured into importing mountain bikes from South Korea. Driven by a passion for hospitality, Wilko pursued studies at the prestigious Swiss Hotel Management School in Lucerne, marking the beginning of his extensive academic journey. By 29, he became the youngest member of the extended executive team at a global hotel consortium, and by 31, he was the youngest dean of a private business school in Switzerland. Wilko's impressive career in hospitality has included roles with Worldhotels and Kempinski, and he currently serves as Chief Commercial & Digital Officer at Grand Metropolitan Hotels. In addition, he holds the position of Fachvorstand for Revenue Management & Distribution at HSMA Deutschland e.V.
